I've rented bikes twice with this app, add some money to the account on the spot, experienced no problem. All works fine. Just the app could be more user friendly. For example, it could be cool when you start riding that the distance you cover and calories burnt would be shown on the app. Now it is visible only after you finish the ride.

The new QR Code feature does not work on most of the bikes. Even if, the bike is in the park, it says bike does not found in the park. I've also had some problems with the locking mechanism of the bicycles. The app said, bicycle unlocked but actually it wasn't. I think the subscription model should be changed. We should be able to use bicycles just like we can use e-scooters with just one click. There should not be any need for a subscription to use the bicycles.

The service of the bikes is not bad, but the app crashes, has bad connection to the network although the phone is connected, can't proceed after the bank card information has been provided. The last transaction I made haven't appeared in my account, 25 have been withdrawn from my bank but I couldn't find it. After you close the app sometime it tells you to sign in again.
