The app itself is giving me a hard time just to pay my bill. Why can't this app just accept my debit card or my bank account straight and pay it. But no, I have to put my bank account info first, wait for 3 days to verify it, and then I can make a transfer. Why? Why make it so difficult? It's exasperating.

The app is crashing when I try to open it after putting my credentials it closes and I have to start all over again, please fix.

For people that are having problems with the app crashing, you have to login to your account on a desktop and accept a new disclosure agreement then you will be all good!
