Ratings and reviews

It's very slow to load, so it doesn't get used very often, only when it is really needed. Now, a year later and this is, without a doubt, the worst performing app on my phone. It has to be reinstalled periodically just to keep it working. if it could be rated at zero stars or less, that is what it would get. I It is hopeless.

This is the absolute worst app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache, and cleared saved data so many times this 2025 season and I can't load tickets. I have to use the web. I really wish a physical card was still an option. The app is such poor quality it makes me consider cancelling my membership because of the regular frustrations.

App is terrible. Constant crashes and bugs. West Coast need to sort this out. It is the only way to access tickets and the app is virtually unusable. Frequently need to force close, re-login and reinstall. Shameful
