Ratings and reviews

Every time I want to access tickets that I have PAID for I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to log in and access them. Overnight the same process as it can't handle being logged into the ticket site for more than 2 hours. Been this way for years, never changes. Seeing as you can't access tickets in PDF via the desktop site, app only, this is a horrible and lazy "access" to club members.

Getting worse and worse. Can't access tickets, goes round in circles, tells me to update password, then doesn't allow log in on the updated password. Was able to finally get in for R1 but R3 the dance has started all over again. It never "remembers you" and now saying my password has expired after less than two weeks. Horrible experience. All I want is an easy way to get my digital ticket. And don't get me started on needing to access location all of the time...!

Buggy, slow and almost entirely useless but you need it to access your tickets so you're stuck with it. Have to uninstall it a few times every season when it gets stuck in a session expired loop or freezes when trying to access tickets. The lanyards and barcodes were so much better.
