Ratings and reviews

Getting worse and worse. Can't access tickets, goes round in circles, tells me to update password, then doesn't allow log in on the updated password. Was able to finally get in for R1 but R3 the dance has started all over again. It never "remembers you" and now saying my password has expired after less than two weeks. Horrible experience. All I want is an easy way to get my digital ticket. And don't get me started on needing to access location all of the time...!

I can't access my tickets says your internet connection appears off-line doesn't make sense any one else experience this or know how to fix I have uninstaled the app re installed it still nothing

I have to reinstall every time I want to get my ticket. I would really like another method to get my ticket.
