Adjusting the temp on thermostat is mostly basic, needs a lot of work in that area. As far as locking and unlocking front door it works. This was supposed to be an upgrade from what I used to have but in my onion it's much less. Less control less features. It's too basic. Temperature Schedule for thermostat doesn't work most of the time. Really disappointed !!

This app is really wonky! I opened up the app to find that the app has automatically disarmed my alarm and unlocked doors without my doing. Today it paused my doorbell camera. Is this app hackable by other people? Also, the app is slow when someone rings the doorbell and the answer prompt comes up on your phone, it takes forever to open up. The instructions inside the app are badly written and hard to understand. Tech support is a joke. You guys need to fix this!

For the most part it's ok but we do have times when it doesn't cooperate like now. The alarm won't follow a command (arm & disarm) from the phone. It says that it can't connect. Also after the doorbell has been rung, it takes a bit for the pic to load to answer and sometimes the pic is black until left on for a moment and then it'll clear. Lastly, the app is indicating that one of the door sensors need a battery, ect, be replaced. After we replaced the battery, the alert ⚠️ is still on.
