This app is now completely useless to me! I get to the last payment step, attempt to submit, and receive an error that my request can't be completed. I pay over the phone using the same payment method with no problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have cleared the app data and cache, but nothing works. I've called multiple agents and had them submit tickets, but no one from Reliant ever calls/e-mails me back. The lack of any customer service is incredibly frustrating!

I love Reliant! And this app is so easy to use! I've had many different electric companies throughout the years, and Reliant has to be number one on my list for everything from prices and plans to app rewards. I've used Reliant's prepaid services as well as level billing for their regular plans, and I would recommend them for an electricity provider because they are the best overall that I've ever used. Plus I love their mascot, lol!

App has been very helpful until now. Therr is a renew early pop up. If I close out without responding, it puts a smaller green box with info on how to access the offer on the screen. There is no way to close the box and it doesn't go away, making the app useless as I cannot access any of the app features with it still on the screen.
