As soon as I log in it gives me a notification about taking advantage of a 21 months plan. When I close that out it brings me to a pop up that says set a reminder or remind me later but I can't click on anything or close it out. It doesn't let me get to my acct. I usually just go to my email notification and use the Internet browser to log in. I can't use the app for anything

Absolutely useless. It doesnt matter how much bandwidth or how little traffic is on the network, this app is useless. Either their server are ran off of a 56k dial-up modem or this is one of the most unoptimized apps in existence. Every time you try to load anything Billing or account related, it will start a loading loop that will timeout 4 out of 5 times you try it. Edit: The response "Oh, yea, it was down one day but its good now." Me: What about the rest of the two years ive been using it?

This app takes way too long to load every page. Once it does load, you try to press a button & it starts reloading the same information again. It took me 5 attempts to add a credit card. I was not able to paste my card number in, &when I switched to my bank app to look at the number again, everything disappeared. I had to paste it into the Name field, just so I could type it all out. Then I submitted it. All the information disappeared & the app did nothing 4 30secs. Took 5m more to pay my bill
