Ratings and reviews

The sheer variety of products is almost overwhelming, but in a good way. I can source everything from custom packaging to specific electronic components all in one place. The search and filter functions are pretty solid, making it easy to narrow down suppliers. My only real gripe is the messaging system; it can be a bit clunky and sometimes there's a noticeable language barrier, even with the built-in translator.

Tried Alibaba for the first time recently and found it to be very easy to navigate and full of great deals. You can change the settings anytime to stop any unwanted notifications you may get, but they didn't seem to be intrusive to begin with. Overall I'm happy with the app and plan on coming back to shop.

This app is a glitchy, ad-filled nightmare pretending to be great. Scroll through the “5-star” reviews and you’ll see the same fake hype over and over — clearly written by bots. Alibaba’s app doesn’t deliver, it just tries to trick you into thinking it does. Save yourself the headache.
