This mobile app is not working at all. Every time I want to register with my mobile number, only an sms OTP comes to my mobile number and after entering that OTP in the mobile app, the app says OTP not matched even though I had entered the right OTP many times. Kindly do the needful to correct this error at an early date and oblige me.

I have to give one star to this app, because there are no options to give less than 1 star. After inatalling the app, before login it send the OTP...After entering the OTP correctly, we just get the message as OTP matched...nothing else...it does not allow me to enter or move in to the app. This is happening since long time...but still no improvements there. I had downloaded this 5 times and had to uninstall it. My sincere request to ICAI...to do the needful on priority amd oblige. Thanks.

I am facing an issue with logging into this app. Whenever I enter my mobile number to login, it sends two different OTPs. I have tried both OTPs multiple times. It always shows OTP doesn't match. How will I login? Please solve this issue.
