Ratings and reviews

It was a good app until they "Updated" it and wiped all the data and purchases. All my releases and custom releases are gone and I am struggling to see what exactly they updated. Nothing has changed aesthetically. In their attempt to make it "more like their IOS" version they've made it their "POS version" for Android. It used to be extremely easy and simple to use and efficient for signing on locations. Unfortunately now its a broken app thats no better than the old pin and paper releases.

Glitched since last update, which deleted my custom releases and tells me I need to rebuy the add-on that allows custom releases. I rebuy, they refund, then ask me to buy it again. Frustrating and annoying! Also it now adds mandatory pointless gender and ethnicity fields regardless of whether or not you wish to use them. Guys, your app was 5* before the glitch. Fix and I'll amend the review, it's been weeks. Thanks.

The most helpful tool in my work for an easy model release from I can take anywhere. new update erased everything. all of my releases and custom release forms are gone BUT customer service immediately emailed me back and let me know they are working on a solution. a+ customer support.
