Ratings and reviews

Experience is bad with logging in. Ticket booking is okay as a guest. When I try to login, system says says Invalid Login. when I click Forgot Password, they ask me to enter email but send OTP on mobile even if I do not enter the mobile number. They take the email address but they do not send the OTP there. They allow me to change the password but when I try to login again, they again say Invalid Credentials. Very typical Government Organization's style of functioning. No back-testing of the app

Please don't install apsrtc android application. It is a waste of time booking on this app. The failure percentage is more than 70% and they are not refunding for failed transactions. On 25th September I tried to book a ticket, amount debited from my account but ticket was not booked. And again I tried to book a ticket on 14th October again same situation, till today I have not received refund. I called the helpline / email but of no use. Same ticket I booked through Amazon.

After the update, we are unable to get the major city names too like Tirupati, chittoor.
