Ratings and reviews

Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

There is no option to cancel/Reschedule the booking if someone has done the booking by mistake for the next day. I faced the issue yesterday when i booked the tickets for today and there was no option to cancel or reschedule even when I tried instantly after the booking. This was very frustrating for me. I couldn't travel and my whole amount was wasted. I am never to going to use RedBus. Thanks.

I faced a very bad experience with RedBus because the boarding point was not properly mentioned or managed. The driver and bus operator were not reachable, and customer support did not give proper assistance. I wasted time, money, and went through a lot of stress because of this. If RedBus cannot ensure correct boarding information, they should not confirm bookings. Very disappointed
