Ratings and reviews

Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

The app claims to give a discount code but when I put in the OTP that was sent to me, it keeps saying wrong OTP. Our tickets were changed to merge with other vans and our seat changed to the back of the van. The van was meant to be direct, but the route kept changing, with pit stops in cities that weren't mentioned in the booking and told to wait before the next scheduled departure as they are waiting to pick up more passengers. Overall, this added an additional 3 hours to our travel time...

Worst experience! Never booking through RedBus again. ​Extremely disappointed with the service. ​Bus was changed twice before boarding without prior proper updates. ​Pickup point was altered without informing me, forcing me to travel 6 km extra at the last minute. ​My selected seats were changed and I wasn't given the priority seats I paid for. ​Zero coordination and zero customer care. Save your time and money!
