One star is too generous. As far as performance, it is hands down the worst app on my phone. Just like every reviewer on here, the app does nothing but interrupt your show with error messages & connection issues every 5 minutes. Doesn't matter what channel, or whether you are connected to Wifi or data network. I have a top of the line phone with Verizon, and great home wifi. No issues with any other app, except for the DirecTV app. Based on other reviews, this has been ongoing for 3+ years

Can I watch anything for more than 3 minutes without getting a "Sorry ran into some trouble loading content" error- 00000-000. Been like that for 7 months. No update or anything. No way it's my connection. Don't have trouble anywhere else expect this app.. Figure out a solution and fix it. Tried uninstall re login and nothing.. I can't even watch a half inning of the World Series!! Have to stop the app and watch 3 minutes and rinse and repeat... frustrating. Not the only one having this issue.

It is the most useless app. It plays for about 10 minutes and then says "we ran into a snag try again a bit later." What's the point of even paying for it if you're not going to get any service? And it's been doing this for the better part of a year now on multiple phones. The Fire TV app using AT&T fiber internet works just fine, but God forbid an AT&T service work reliably over the Verizon network. Do something to fix this. (Below) Is that really DirecTV's response?
