The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

the app keeps crashing as soon as I open it. can't even get far enough to try to log in or anything. I did try to uninstall and reinstall but it didn't help. frustrating!

app doesn't work at all. I was finally able to get logged in after it crashing over and over but everything loads blank so it's still useless. please fix.

the dang app won't even load.. I click on it and it shuts down.. the app won't stay open for more than a second. FIX THIS ISSUE!! some of us need the app for Dr appointments.
