About this app

The Bowers & Wilkins Music app provides you with the ability to set-up and control your Bowers & Wilkins Formation-enabled products including Zeppelin and Panorama 3. It also supports the set-up and management of our Bowers & Wilkins wireless headphones.

Headphones
Once you have set-up the Bowers & Wilkins Headphones via the Music app, you can adjust the active noise cancelling while also allowing some ambient sound through to provide awareness of your surroundings. As well as playing music to your headphones, you can check battery levels and preserve power via the standby timer.

Formation-enabled Products
Bowers & Wilkins Music also brings together all your music streaming services, podcasts and online radio stations in one elegant app.

With TIDAL, Qobuz, TuneIn, NTS Radio, Dash Radio and other services included, plus support for more being added regularly, the Bowers & Wilkins Music app gives you personalised music recommendations plus exclusive access to curated Bowers & Wilkins content.

The app works decently enough, but it's also a minefield of ads for their "partners". Nearly every time I open the app, they're bugging me to sign up for a free trial from qobuzz, and they advertise a podcast of theirs on the home screen. On top of this, their EQ doesn't allow you to change mids, only the bass and treble. Not sure what the point of that limitation is. The headphones feel nice and premium, and this app is anything but. Feels invasive and ineffective at the same time.

The app does not connect to PI7 earbuds, have no way of accessing settings. Tried hard resets, forget, disconnect etc. Nothing works. Such a piece of junk software for an overpriced device. Don't ask me to email to some ghost account for support, this is a known issue, just google it. Don't buy products from this brand, stick with hardware that actually works.

App doesn't seem to work with my Pi7 buds. Bluetooth connects, app finds the buds, asks me to tap one. I do, usually it registers, sometimes it doesn't. No matter, because when it does register the app just hangs, three bouncing dots for about a minute, then it says the connection was lost. which is clearly not true, because each time I tap, audio starts or stops. This is on a pixel 7 pro. connection in general isn't great. Not nearly as reliable as other Bluetooth devices.
