Apparently you need to already have an account with them. There is no way to setup a new account with this app, or even through the webpage listed in the app description. I cannot figure out how to sign up or what that would cost. My guess is that I have to buy 1 of their products and then a service plan on top of that. So, this app can do absolutely nothing for me. Lame.

They are so helpful to get you're card number ....after that they are of no help. U can all the brick house people to give away you're money but u are given a number if u should want you're account closed and u want them to stop billing you're credit card monthly for say almost a year and I didn't even have a working tracking device online with them and they still charged me. I ended up cancelling the card just so they would stop charging me for nothing. What a bunch of rip offs #moderndaythives

On tracking the The tracking device is not always on the maps.Land do not tell when they make short stups at other places on the history maps
