Logged in yesterday with no problem. Today, it won't take my fingerprint. Happened last week logged out and logged back in, and it let me sign in. It's pretty frustrating when you want to check on your finances. I don't remember my sign on or password because I use the fingerprint scanner. Because I forgot them, it asks for personal information ( complete social security number) why would anyone divulge there personal info like that in this day and age?!

Though I have had issues with the App, CNB has worked very hard to resolve everything. Very outstanding customer service, I must say.

App is currently broke. It crashes non stop. Often before I can even log in. Update: the issue with Android 14 has been fixed. Thank you!
