Ratings and reviews

Doesn't even let me log in. I signed up with an account and can log in to the website just fine but I get a generic error saying "Login is failed" on the app with no explanation as to why. If the app was necessary and if I didn't have other methods of monitoring my home for power loss and consumption I would simply be returning the entire product, however the UPS itself is fine and I feel good value for what it is. So I would say 4 stars for the product itself but 1 star for the app.

Software needs a major overhaul. It will not stay connected ~98% of the time. When it's connected, it doesn't seem to perform the operations that I have set up, like notifying me of a power outage. I have used this system for years, mainly on Windows 10 Pro. The first one bought, I don't believe it was cloud based, and it worked well. I have kept this app updated, cleared cache, even un-installed and re-installed, and still have issues. My only thing not tried is to contact the company.

Your going to overcharge for your product then ask for a subscription? A subscription for basic monitoring is a no go. I get you offer a trial, but there are thousands of smart appliances that don't charge for basic monitoring and there are too many 3rd party options to make a sub worthwhile. I'll be returning the unit I bought plus the card.
