Drishti (दृष्टि) is an eye test and eye care app with 10 quick vision tests, 2 eye games, 2 eye-care quizzes and 4 guided eye exercises. No sign-up, no equipment, works offline — a simple eyesight check you can do anywhere, for each eye separately.

Free version has a limited set of tests, but it's a useful app nonetheless. Great interface. Colorful yet simple.
