Uninstalled😠😠😤 I hate wasting time, tried all advices I could get and am not even that dull to fail just simple set up. zero rating to the developers, apps are brought about to make life easy for the end user and not what we are made to go through. I hate it extremely

the old app was working very great but this updated one.....awe I've never had access it keeps on saying that it's 'processing'. All the excitement I had gone in 60 seconds. Let the IT team work on this problem. I will now revoke my 5⭐ until this problem is addressed.

The old app was working just fine. The current version doesn't work at all! Are security questions really that necessary in this era? Like "Who is your favourite Auntie?" Seriously? These belong in museums, not in modern security systems. Any system that still uses them should be considered in need of an urgent upgrade.
