Rave is 100% incompetent. They have turned off internal transfers & bill payments that have been set up for many years. When a deposit is sent to them, they can't seem to follow instructions of which account it is to be deposited into, when the item clearly states the checking account # and suffix #. A representative actually stated, "we haven't made any changes, only changed the bank name." Haha, as if I don't work at a bank and know how internal changes occur. Rave, go lie to someone else.

Kind of disappointed in the Bill Pay feature of this app. I received my water bill 11/19, went into the app the schedule a payment on 11/20, and the earliest "Pay by" date I could select was 11/28. It's do by 11/25 so I have to inconveniently drive to Lumberton to pay it to avoid a late charge (can't stand late charges/bank fees).

The app has become garbage. It fails to load, fails to identify me after password reset, says my password is wrong when it isn't...just constantly fails at everything. Their website isn't any better as it does the same garbage.
