Update: and now eReceipts from Amazon don't work now often then they do. And yes, there's troubleshooting, but the whole point of this app goes out the door if I have to go through 10 steps every time. Maybe others have better luck? Would have been 5 but they got rid of the bonus "Play" after you submit a receipt. Just means it takes longer to get enough points to get rewards.

It's an easy process. I love getting points for playing games. I believe they should create a system that shows a before and after total count when adding points. They keep cheating me out of my points for receipts and games. That will help keep track of everything. Outside of that I have no complaints. I will continue to use this app unless the missing point count gets to high.

I don't get credit for my ereceipts a lot of time. I wish I could talk to a person, instead of this annoying automated messages. They never get to the bottom of my issues. They are inconsistent on how they give you points. Every receipt gets the base points and then additional for specific purchases. I will make the purchase and instead of getting my base points also, I just get the points for the items. So annoying ... They claim they get right back to you, but it's useless. 😔
