Money back is nice, and I have not had issues with getting my cashback. But app is completely pointless. You cannot shop on apps, only on desktop sites, which suck on a mobile. Slow and frustrating. Why bother with an app if you are just being shoved to a site that is not made to work on a phone? Because of this, I seldom use unless I know I have at least 2 hours to waste on one short shopping list. I don't have a computer, so that is not an option. Not really sure if I will bother keeping.

This app makes the app you're shopping at very slow, or it just kicks you out and you have to start all over. I have lost points and double cash back offers because of this. I was just shopping and couldn't check out, by the time I went back to Rakuten the offer dropped from 6% to 3%!!!!! This has been happening alot lately. I've reached out to Rakuten about this issue before but never received a response. The contact us option doesn't work. Overall the app is frustrating and very disappointing.

I haven't had issues with the things I've purchased not showing up like other users. However, I consistently have issues with the app shutting down on me when making a purchase if during the order process there is a drop down menu. USually it's when I'm trying to pay and the site makes me select either my state or type of credit card via a dropdown box. Highly frustrating to get that far in to the process and have to start over. It works fine on my desktop browser.
