Use to be good, but now it doesn't give you cash back all the time. After looking at my history, I noticed I didn't receive anything for some of my purchases. There were 5 shopping trips that were missing cashback! It's a hassle & inconvenient that you have to go back & search for email confirmations to get your order number and total when the app should've done that automatically for you. My past checks have been low & now I know why. It's a shame I'm just now noticing this and missed out on $.

The app glitches on phone and computer. I have missed out on cash back several times. It is disappointing. Used to work well years ago. I have updated it and still no improvement. 911/2024 1 year later still glitches. I just shopped in 3 stores today and only 1 is showing cash back. Every time I try to add stores it says added then when I go back it is not added. I keep missing out on cashback for online and in-store
