another problem,I have been trying to get my e statements but the service is always down , once I was even charged for the service but it wasn't sent to my email. I have been to the bank more than 7 times over 8 months period,called customer service a million times but the problem is still the same . what a shame.

I changed phones and installed the app. When I enter details it tells me "device mismatch", adding up to the unpleasant experiences while I was using it previously. Please don't ask me to send an email because your response time and support services is very bad. I just want you to know this. You are trying but you can do better comparing you to other local banks. Please don't let the "local" affect your services..

I changed my phone, downloaded the app and now I can't log in to my account. The only pop up I see on the screen is user locked. When I visited a Fidelity branch, I was given the toll free number to call. I called several times, no response. It's time I close my account with is bank because this not the first time they are having issues with their mobile app. I have requested for ATM card update or replacement for almost a year now, no response. And their whatsapp platform response is very poor.
