The interface has drastically changed, and I don't like it at all. It is messy and confusing to look at. It pefills boxes to pay the minimum amount when I always pay the full amount. It prefills the due date rather than the date I prefer. I don't like decisions made on my behalf as I am forced to be vigilant about correcting it.

Horrid. Every single time I log in I have to change my password. I either get "Hmm the information doesn't match our records" or "Hmm something went wrong" Every single time. Customer support is non existent. Fed Up. Not just the app, online too. It's a joke. With over 600 logins/passwords and nearly a dozen banking/financial accounts, I know its not me.

there's never any confusion. no hidden fees. I love the fact that if you lose your card you can just go to the bank and they will issue you another one right there on the spot. if you make a purchase and it's out of the norm they will deny it and then contact you immediately asking you to verify it. I was really worried when it went from Bank of the West to BMO but it wasn't long before BMO showed their Excellency. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
