I am writing this review to let tech support know that the search function for checking account transactions is extremely messed up on the app for my android phone. When I enter a word (in the way too *tiny* search box) it shows up BACKWARDS. Also, I cannot delete it no matter what I do, so the search words stack up! This wasn't always the case. Now it is useless to me. I used to use this function frequently. PLEASE fix it. Thank you.

The banking app has some great features, such as first glance, mobile deposit, mobile transfers, recurring payments for bills, and most transactions showing up almost instantly. However, the recent update made the app look clunky with fonts that are too big for the screen and outdated app designs. The continued lack of a dark mode for the app is also disappointing. Overall, there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of both usability and aesthetics for this app.

The First Horizon app has been mostly reliable. The one con, that is the biggest issue for me, is the push notifications aren't working. This issue has come up before and was resolved, so I'm hopeful it'll be resolved again soon. Alternatively, I was able to select text or email notifications for transaction alerts. That's just very annoying.
