trying to make a payment with the app then it says payment error. It didn't go through. i tried two more times, results were the same. Thinking since its telling me that my payment wasn't going through, that they weren't going through. I tried for one last time then it says it went through. Monday i check my bank account and I'm hundreds of dollars over drafted from taking multipe payments. their system and app , or whatever the problem, needs to be resolved. should be a way of immediate refund

The app is not good but is not bad either. Here's why: 1. Do not use auto pay, use schedule payments instead. You can schedule your payment a month, weeks or days before your due date. I've been doing this for 4 months and it works like a champ 🏆. 2. Be smart and save money 💰 on interest putting some dollars on top of your monthly payment. Go to account > Pay > tap on the total amount due and select the different payment amount option. 3. App will take weeks to show your updated balance.

TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING!! Making a payment through the app is nearly impossible. It doesn't let you pay down your balance in between monthly payments. Anytime you call with an issue it's a greeting from AI(annoying as hell) and an extra $5 "service fee" for trying to settle your payment OR they call you to straighten it out...with a greeting from AI and a $5 service fee. So glad I only have 2 payments left. Definitely wouldn't recommend the app or the finance company, straight nickel and dimers.
