Ratings and reviews

Absolutely the worst and most confusing transit information. Trying to decipher the routes through the app is just unbearable. I'm new to St. Cloud and rely on the public transportation a good amount. I would highly suggest taking some ideas from your bigger neighbors an hour south. They have a very simple/user friendly system in place.

Can be a bit overwhelming when looking through the routes. There needs to be a way to look at route schedules on specific days of the week so somebody doesn't make an appointment on a Saturday or Sunday and can't get there on time because the buses don't start as early on a weekend or get stranded because there are no more buses after 5pm or 6pm. Currently you can not tell this while looking at the app and trying to schedule ahead of time.

Garbage. Only way to add money to your account is by buying passes. I am not going to pay $4+ for $2.50 worth of fare. I will just go through the trouble of carrying $2.50 in my pocket for the day.
