this app is only good for buying bus fare, if you don't know what road you're on, or what the roads are, you're out of luck, because the route thing doesn't show you where you're at, and barely tells you the right time, unlike the "my ride" app, which they retired recently, you would be able to actually track and see where the bus is going in real time, the only way to make this app better in my opinion is if they added that feature Into it

Digital Fare Fraud-This app collected $70 for a digital Adult 31 day bus pass fare, & would not release the digital pass to my device for use. Broward County Transit customer service confirmed my account information & rejected a refund. The bus pass expired, & I was never allowed to use it. I would give this one star, but this app IS dramatically improving. Most noticable with the Trip Planning function that directly uses Google Maps. I look forward to more tech and service progress.

app is totally worthless. countless times it'll say the bus will be here in 20 mins or so, and when that time comes it skips to the next scheduled bus and you end up having to wait for that one. IF you're lucky. It's rediculous how many times I've been waiting at a stop for well over an hour for a bus that runs every 20-25 minutes. my favorite was the time it took me over 3 hours for a two bus, 6 mile trip.
