Ratings and reviews

App has been glitchy since March update. I don't get the check-ins, notifications, or ability to navigate without error messages and crashes. I have not been able to properly log progress in months and so have to assume the diet plan isn't being updated properly either. Help/support options are not accessible so no way to communicate the issue other than here.

Seems like a scam so far, have been double or triple charged on my card, unable to schedule an appointment, support has not responded to emails, nor can you reach them by phone. Web app and this app seems incomplete, funneled into the same pointless quizzes over and over, fake loading screens to look more official, hidden support pages, no easy way to refund. Most of the app and website seem like a marquee for testimonials.

Waste of your money. Next to impossible to cancel. I barely even used the app after realizing how basic it was. Tried to pause it, they still charge you. After 8 months of never using it, I got an email telling me I was being switched to the free plan, only to be charged again! Reaching out to their support for a refund gets only an automated response. But at least you can cancel through a bot on their website. Do not bother. There are better apps out there.
