My work location changes. So this time the default was not changing even after me doing it again and again and the payment went to different location. So I asked the the hunger help desk guy he took a snap and disappeared somewhere saying it will be refunded Directly within 2hrs. After 1 week he told me the same thing. This time I dropped a mail they said we apologize amount will not be refunded. Very bad service not prompt response

The app is the worst app I have ever used. It shows dinner time from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM but all the food court gets closed at 8:00 PM this needs to be corrected. Second if any item is finished at the food court it still shows as available it should automatically show as not available every time we have to ask at the food court if the item is available so that we should not place the order for the item which is not available. The developer should look into this and get this corrected.

This is the worst app that we have gone through, seriously there is a code for cancellation and it will expire in 30 seconds to get our money back. The app is not all user friendly. Orbit forces us to use this app, even the guys at the cafeteria also doesn't know professionalism and are very rude. it even doesn't deserve a single ⭐
