I absolutely love that I can lock and unlock my door, as well as control the thermostat from my phone. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars, is because it allows you to set a schedule for your thermostat, for when you're home, away, and sleep. However, I work overnights, and it doesn't allow me to set a schedule that fits my lifestyle. It does however, have a home and away mode that I can use instead of the schedule. I just prefer the schedule so I don't have to constantly change my status.

My biggest issue is that when I leave and press the lock button, it will lock the door (I manually check it), but the app continues to read that it's unlocked. I have to stand there for almost 5 minutes before it finally reads locked. I don't feel safe just leaving even after double-checking the door. I need it to read "locked". This is everytime I leave my apartment and after a few months this is definitely annoying!

Not been a great experience so far. Can't help but feel this thermostat is misreading the room temperature due to itself running hot. As in, out in the room, it certainly feels cold, walk up to the thermostat and it's reading 74. I have the heat come on at 68. Also the lack of control on the thermostat, require wifi? This whole experience feels, not good. The smart lock is fine, but I feel sketch with it too. They also installed the smart lock just right overtop one of my magnets vs moving it?
