Very unstable app. I often have to close and re-open it multiple times just to get it to start up and not hang on the loading screen forever. No major problems after that though, just on startup. Easy to transfer money between accounts, zelle, all that.

I find this app is self-explanatory and, therefore, makes it easy to go through banking transactions. I understand my banking activity most of the time. The one annoying thing about this "APP" is when it comes to depositing checks online. The app is the absolute worst. The front of the check photos are great, but when it comes to photographing the back signature, it's almost impossible. I've had to retake the picture over again and again at least twenty or thirty times. It's frustrating.

Updated review again: Wow. So I had just updated my review to say they seem to have fixed the problems but with this newest version, it is not even usable. You get started with depositing a check and as soon as you take the photo, it says your session timed out and you have to log back in again. At first I thought maybe I took too long taking the picture but I've tried many times since then and still no. Since I primarily use this app for depositing checks, it is of no use to me at the present time. I'm hoping they fix it with the next update. Updated review: They seem to have fixed the issues with the camera and it works as it should now. Much better. Initial review: I mostly use this app for depositing checks. It used to be mildly annoying...now it's worse. The camera shows an inverted image so in order to get the check within the parameters of the box, your movements have to be opposite of what's intuitive. So, it takes forever to get a decent picture and just when you think you've got one, the next day you get an email from NEFCU saying the image was not good and you need to do it all over again. Very frustrating and a total time sucker.
