This mobile application is for accessing KRA services. Taxpayers can use it for getting KRA PIN, file TOT, file MRI, file Nil returns, Apply for TCC, check PIN, TCC and other eslips.

it's convenient and fast compared to e citizen and itax;it took me less than 10 seconds to file returns after logging in compared to other similar platforms where you can take forever to do so ,I highly recommend those filing returns to use as the first option.I was pissed off using itax and e citizen because of the delays and I was also a first timer to file returns.

Its so frustrating, the app is not user friendly, you can't find what you want, better not to have it if I can't find where to pay my obligations. Again please the kra website system is so useless, I have been sent an email to pay my default obligations, there is no link for the payment, no instructions, nothing at all, how am I to pay? It should be a straightforward process!

Signing up and logging in was easy but after I filled my nil returns I didn't receive an option to download the form that shows I have filled my taxes

This is the official KRA app for pin generation, tax return, Excise license checker, Exemption checker, TCC application, TCC checker, pin checking and verification, KRA staff verification, PRN checking alongside other informational material regarding all taxes in Kenya.
