My company switched to Vitaflex away from expensify. What a huge mistake. One recent item I purchased, I submitted a gmail receipt. This had the date "missing" due to it being printed the day of, and only contained the time. Vitaflex then denied my claim and gave me a canned excuse listing a paragraph statement of all the things I needed. I resubmitted it because I didn't know anything was wrong. It was rejected a 2nd time. The third time, I finally identified the problem. I circled the date, and it was rejected a third and fourth time even though all information was provided.

Easy to use. Reimbursement is fast if needed. Debit card that comes with the account is very useful.

The app itself is not bad but there is no shortcut for it and it can only be opened from the playstore. I am going to remove it from my phone. Useless without a shortcut.
