It is a mixed experience. Although data seems to work fine, the mobile app shows a different amount used. When traveling abroad, the roaming service connects and consumes data for something. Trying to use Google Maps did not work despite it. Opening a simple webpage did not work either. So the data disappears somewhere, but who knows where?

Terrible experience. I was enrolled to unlimited plan for $12 per month. I had enough money on my credit account to pay for the next period. Accidently without any notifications my cell number was disabled. So I lost all kind of connections in the situation of preparing to the storm. Then I was transferred to the other plan, which is limited and more expensive. So I needed to be transferred to the initial unlimited plan or to change an operator. But I even can't reach them.

Update: 9/9/19. My data is limited yet I have paid for it. No customer service to call. I am getting charged for calls not connected. That is unfair practice of milking users who make long distance international calls. When calling, the app begins charging at about 7 seconds, even if the call is not connected and it's just ringing. Also many times my calls have been diverted to a wrong number and I end up speaking to the wrong person in a different country and still billed for it.
