Garbage. Have to reconnect bases almost every time I want to use it, and that doesn't work half the time either which also makes saved settings useless. consistently doesn't find bases when trying to reconnect and crashes often. even clearing cache and data doesn't fix. can't connect a bed to multiple apps, so my wife and I can't have both beds on both our phones The UI doesn't even fit on my wife's Galaxy 9 phone so you can't use any of the navigation or buttons at the top screen.

This is horrible. Every three to four days I have to delete the bed in the app and go through the entire setup process to reconnect the bed to the app to make it work again. Not sure if it's the app or the base... but something is DEFINITELY wrong. If it would stay connected it would be great... but completely defeats the purpose of convenience of the app. I bought a setup of two twin bases over a split king to have two different heads and a linked foot movement... totally ruined by the app.

I am very disappointed in the app. As many others have said, it is a pain to set it all up, test it and it works right then, but never connects after. I spent a lot on the M455 base for snore detection. Has not worked one time. I can use the remote for basic features, but no timer on massage, no snore detection so I have to go get my husband's remote to move his side when he's snoring. Defeats the purpose of this app!!
