Just sent an email to Support listed here. Will not be able to give more than one star, which should be no star since it doesn't work (despite their comment that it was fixed). The website is soooooo sloooowww too. I just signed up, so not able to "comfortably" try to turn others onto the product if the content doesn't work. The app icon doesn't even show up on my app list.

I've been trying to take a picture of a membership cancelation and send it...but 1st it's just a wait screen for days then it pops up and has a pic of a camera on the bottom...once I click it...the app just closes???? I've had problems with this app for the past year...please update and fix this...we need to be able to send documents that need processing etc an easier way.

Terrible app. My wife and I were told we needed to add this app to upload documents, but it does not work after multiple tries. The camera comes up, but then the app closes when you try to take the picture. After reading reviews it sounds like this is a very common problem. Melaleuca really needs to get this fixed if they expect people to be able to use it.
