Now I understand why this app rating is so bad. I cannot even get pass the send OTP to my phone number. You may say that I have input the wrong number, but there is no option for me to change or check the number I input. I just cant receieve the OTP. But it's NETS, doesnt dissapoint me lol.

I can agree with the rest here that this app is a trash.. Able to detect balance. But after top up using credit card, it keeps unable to update balance.. Keep indicate "card removed too soon". Reset phone and reinstall app and doesn't work.. What can I can further?top up amount is stuck pending top up.

Hi Ti Hian, please hold the card against the back of your mobile for 1-2 secs. Depending on the placement of your mobile NFC reader, you may need to move the card around until you find a strong connection with the NFC reader.

Very stupid design. If the data is in the card and you need to scan the card to get it, let it be. However, you could at least show which card is registered and the status of the card. Customer can have more than 1 card and each may or may not be activated with your company. This is a minimum you could do. Allow basic info to be displayed for ease of use. In addition, could store last scanned data and tell customer to rescan for latest status. This should not be difficult to implement.

Hi Daryl, if you have multiple cards, you can scan with the app and it will show you if the card is active/ blocked/ terminated. Showing last scanned data when the data is not updated will cause confusion, as users will think they still have a lot of card balance but in reality they really need to top up or risk being stuck at car parks.
