Honestly, such a horrible and frustrating app to use, ALL THE TIME. Very buggy, cannot detect card, no network connection, whatever kind of issues you can think of, it always happens when using the app. Can't believe after many years still zero improvement. Nowhere near the standard and consistency of Malaysia's TNG app, which works so much smoother, faster, and seamlessly. App rubbish. The manual top up station also rubbish. Find myself in difficult situation with this Nets all the time.

Very dated UX, and doesn't sync properly with Google wallet. When keying in the credit card details, Google wallet pops up and allows you to select the card, but the app only captures the first 4 digits of the card and replicates the same 4 digits across the 4 sets of number fields for the credit card! Nets, before you sell your ads (which I had to click thru 3 of them in order to get into the app), please look into making your app useful. Thank you.

Hi Kelvin, we recommend that you save a payment card on NETS App for faster top-ups. Enjoy top-up fee waiver with DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB cards.

Having a lot of problems of late. Bank side always able to proceed and authorise payment but the NETS app always show otherwise.. only after a number of tries then the app can receive the information. Usually takes 20 to 30mins to settle one top up. Please look into these issues and resolve them.. has been ongoing for many months now..
