The most horrible and lousy hopeless apps that I wish I do not want to rate any star. Disappointed and upset each time whenever I need to use the massage chair, I always need to take such a long time more than 6 times try to paired the apps with the chair. OSIM if u read this, pls do something about it. your massage chair is good but this app extremely LOUSY!

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please power off the massage chair and wait for a few minutes, and turn it on, at the same time, uninstall and reinstall the OSIM Well-Being App and try again. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting multiple times throughout a session on android 16.

Please reset your phone network setting, try to turn off and on the phone Bluetooth, forget all the Bluetooth connect device you previously pair with, uninstall and reinstall the App, restart the massage chair and try again.
