Online ticket purchasing, the feature that should be the smoothest, is really frustrating. It takes about an hour of retries if ever it works. Using free ticket works like once in a thousand times. Web application doesn't work either which makes it even worse.

I didn't receive the verification code for registration. When I requested for another verification code, they send only the first one which becomes invalid. However they registered me manually. And when I try to book my show, I can't choose my seats on my phone but it is possible through the website. Please improve the usability of this application.

It is very hard select or deselct a seat through the app... it wasn't like this before when we were able to buy tickets through webpage, I guess fcube does not want us to buy the ticket online anymore... worst QA team ever for a mobile app.
