Ratings and reviews

The app works fine most of the time. Biggest issue is that scheduling visits needs to be reworked. The calendar at the top highlights the current day even though the dates available are not for the current day. Very confusing and frustrating. Just have the calendar highlight only days when appointments are available and I would give it five stars.

What a horrible app! All I see are 1 star reviews and nothing to fix it. I've logged in but can't get past the opening screen, clicking use pass code or open in browser fail to work. I don't use finger print on my phones either. I'll continue to call in my refills.

The app is just ok because you can set up appts, get reminders, see test results, etc. However, it is not nearly as user-friendly as my other medical apps! What I detest most about this app is that there is absolutely no share hub. On other apps, I can link my accounts with other providers so that ALL of my medical records/information past and present are up-to-date and available for each one to see if needed & that's important when you have a big surgery, things go wrong, 5 day stay & half info
