The device will not stay connected. I'm constantly getting notifications of loss of power and the app shows that the device is off, yet the device is on. I have contacted support many times and all I get is, we've updated it and it should be working now. I'm so disappointed because I paid for a year subscription and even if I cancel early, they will not refund the difference, so I'm stuck with a non-working/half a$$ working device. I've only had the device for about 5 months. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The device itself is great. The app, however l, leaves something to be desired. After the latest update, I now have to sit through ads after opening the app prior to finding out the temperature. You guys need to get your priorities straight. I already own the temperature monitor, I just want to know what that temperature is at any given time. Stop wasting my time with ads for stuff I already own. Change it back, please.

As of 5/18/2024, the app doesn't seem to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. The app icon appears in the middle of the screen while the loading just spin around. Same issue with another device. Contacted support a few days ago with no response. This is about the third time something has been an issue and really makes it difficult to want to trust this system.
