Why do you charge $2.75 for mobile payments? It should be at least free for using checking/savings accounts. Also, you have sent me bill yet the app says there is nothing due.

It's supposed to be free! That's what the voucher says, included with my bill! Well, its NOT! they charge you a "service fee" so thanks, but NO thanks๐๐
