Ratings and reviews

No way back to main screen from menus, have to close the app and reopen it. Asks for file permissions every time it starts I have PCMatic for my PC's and never had an issue but the Android version is not up to par with their other products. I had to uninstall it and go back to AVG. If they improve the Android app I wil use it but for a paid service, the app lack too much to be useful

This is the best protector that has ever been. I put it on my desktop and this virus protection gives the option to add it to 5 other devices, without extra cost. I truly love the freedom from worrying about hacker's, scams, bugs, etc. It does more that watch out for viruses, it's the entire protection that a client could want; it's magic behind the scenes, plus the cost is more than reasonable.

Customer service lacks! I have a common issue, with replacing a device on my list, and since I don't pay for next level customer support, they couldn't help.... I got the brush-off! So, the antivi software is good, but don't expect any help, unless u pay extra... I was told to put in a ticket for my issue.... Still no reply..... About a week. And, I put in a second ticket, after no reply on the 1st! It's good, but don't expect any assistance beyond that...
