I've used this app since it was launched. I've been using pesapal since the paybill times. My problem is 1. Customer Service is not 24hrs available. From 5pm or weekends no one is reachable. 2. My activities and notifications don't match. 3. Also submitting a ticket or calling doesn't help if you guys decide to go ghost mode you go. Don't tell me to email. Thanks I know innovation never ends keep it up. . Also don't say you are working on it explain how you are working on it.

This is no doubt one of the shittiest apps I have ever installed. It hangs, can't process payments and doesn't even give error messages so you know what's the issue. The developer should be fired! I have used pesapal to do other things and even accept payments for my business and it's excellent. As of this app, this is a huge stinky dumpof 💩. Don't waste your time!

The "team" is dishonest and not helpful at all. There's no way to delete your account despite being told unused accounts get decommissioned. Tap to pay doesn't work with ANY locally issued cards despite what they'll have you think. Such a disappointment! Don't waste your time or risk your security/data privacy with Pesapal.
