I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the Photostick. I have tried several times and was even sent a new Photostick because I was told the adapter was not working, but it still does not work. I have sent several emails to the support team and get different instructions each time. They still don't work. I would like my $60 back and return the 2 Photosticks I have if that could be done.

This stick is amazing! Whoever us complaining about receiving the error message did not read how to fully operate the app! In Photostick App, click the 3 bars top left, then click "Photostick" or "Generic Android Device". Click use this folder, accept the permissions then the app opens. From there select storage. Pictures and videos will show up. Click the ones you want to put on stick and then those files can be added to another phone or CPU with ease!!!!

Purchased the PhotoStick Omni. Followed the guide for my Android. After failure after failure, gave up and tried to get answers with the CHhe AT. Found out via CHAT that the Motorola device will not function with the PHOTOSTICK OMNI. Then I tried it with my computer. Files seem to be transferred, but I have not been able to see those files with the PhotoStick. Can't see them with Windows Explorer. I really hate that I purchased this item. Money wasted.
