Ratings and reviews

The developers have not kept up with Android 14. The Qwick app is not totally compatible with the latest Android 14. Notifications are totally blocked. My new Samsung Galaxy phone notifications for Qwick are unable to be unblocked. I contacted Samsung, and they were unable to unblock notifications. AT&T was also unable to help. I have checked notifications on my Qwick account webpage, and it is set on 'all notifications'. Thank you

I'm frustrated. I scheduled 3 shifts a week ago. Tonight, 2 days before event, I get a canceled message for each shift I booked. I wouldn't recommend getting app. Don't waste your money on the food or alcohol handlers card. It doesn't make shifts pop up any faster. Shifts are hardly available. It's not worth even downloading. Disappointing that's what it is.

I wish I didn't have to be glued to my phone 24/7 checking the app in hopes to find a shift I'm available to work. The app is supposed to send push notifications when new shifts arrive, however it does not for me. I've reported the problem several times, no one has helped, in fact they've been quite rude about it. I have all app notification settings turned on, both app and phone settings. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same outcome. I just wish someone would help.
