I've been working with FN many years. It's an awesome resource for top-quality technicians from all skillets. Sometimes, the platform has its issues because they keep breaking it by playing around with the app, but that's all part of their style of growth, and while frustrating at times, sometimes you cant even check in or add your additional time to a ticket, what breaks one day eventually gets ironed out, even if it IS months later!

If you're an Admin on the go, You can't do some of the same things you can with the Web version.Wish it's a little inhibiting. you need to use the Web app. They do take suggestions cause I've seen some of my requests In later releases. phone version is It's slow alot especially filling out tasks. Also , the buyers tend to put way too much tasks. the Web app is fastest. But it's too much overhead , i get lost in it, but they try and they have pretty good customer service if you call.

Nice for quick interaction, logging, and uploading deliverables. Sometimes doesn't record check ins and outs effectively, and though I have a full cell signal it sometimes won't connect. It's improved significantly since last summer. 5/19: Improved interface. Still doesn't always record in or out, though I have a great signal.
