Temperamental app. Sometimes it works great, lots of times it just gives an error. If you click the back button it opens. Sometimes it will give you the spinning wheel and nothing happens. Only worked twice with the time clock. Sometimes it says not connected to internet even if I am and the signal is maxed. Useful but not good.

We are having the same issues. We can no longer pull up our tickets. We have actually had some go to waste. At venue, can't get tickets, family waiting in blazing sun, had to use personal ticket options...yet our ordered but inaccesable tickets were still deducted from our account. It's been like this for months, is there going to be a fix to this issue? (now that summer is over and cant go in the evenings due to winter hours)

Worked fine for just under two months, and then it completely stopped working. Nothing I'm doing is helping in terms of getting it up and running. I thought it was an issue with my phone, but it's become apparent that the issue is on the app's side. Has been frustrating to deal with and has even cost me extra hours opportunities.
