Can't add my Platinum Pass to the app! I noticed this has been going on at least a year per Reddit and they were never able to fix it. Calling in won't help and the park can't help once inside. Signing in with barcode and zip doesn't work either. I cannot access the discounts I paid extra for. I won't renew this pass until this issue is fixed. What a huge waste of money!

Aweful. It's been a year or two of having to jump through cyber hoops to get my pass to work and claim, or see for that matter, any rewards I have. I'm at a theme park and cant relax or have fun because I cant get the things I payed for to work. The app should facilitate and doesn't. I'm writting this from the guest services line because once again, the app has failed.

App ONLY works for new accounts, but if you are a long-time account holder, like myself, ANY account changes renders the app unusable for pass displaying, or viewing your account. Of course, the map and other "park functions" still work, but any account information is completely useless. To make it worse, approaching the front desk personnel directs you to contact them online and contacting them online results in "nothing we can do" because they have nothing to do with the software/App.
